sold-sign6Berkadia announced the recent $11,850,000 ($89,772/unit) sale of Westbury Mews, a 132-unit multifamily property located in Summerville, S.C.

Mark Boyce, Director and Blake Coffey, Associate exclusively listed the property for High Real Estate Group and completed the sale on March 31st. Westbury Mews was acquired by Burlington Capital Group.

John Bray, Senior Managing Director with Berkadia, financed the transaction through Freddie Mac.

Burlington will benefit from Summerville’s continual growth and the assets stable track record. Westbury Mews is located near the intersection of Old Trolley Road and Beverly Drive, less than four miles from Downtown Summerville. The property is within close proximity to Interstate I-26 and U.S. Route 78, providing access to Greater Charleston, employment centers, numerous restaurants, shopping, and recreation/entertainment facilities.
