COMMERCIAL APPRAISER NEEDED
Integra Realty Resources is seeking a commercial appraiser for the Columbia, SC office. Responsibilities include appraising general commercial properties, as well as maintaining good working relationships with clients. Candidate must be a certified general appraiser, as well as comfortable in Microsoft Windows environment and proficient with Word and Excel. Experience with Argus is a plus, but not required. Assignments are located primarily in South Carolina with periodic travel as required. Compensation plan will be based upon experience, but features competitive fee split, health and dental insurance, and education/dues reimbursement.
The office has access to most data sources, including Real Capital Analytics, Reis, CRS, Loopnet, Smith Travel Research, STDB and statewide CoStar access. In addition, Integra has a national comparable database. Please forward confidential cover letter and resume to: mdodds@irr.com
DESIGN-BUILD ESTIMATOR NEEDED
Bobbitt Design Build is looking for a strong Design-Build Estimator. This is a great opportunity to get in with an established, rapidly growing construction company who is known for building strong project teams and lasting client relationships and has over 70% repeat business. As an Estimator you will work closely with the design team, clients, and project managers. The Estimator is responsible for a clear understanding of project scope, creating feasibility, preliminary and final estimates, communicating internally with the team, and meeting with clients. Ideal candidates will have a minimum 5 years estimating experience and have a passion for design-build delivery method.
