Bi-Lo Center Sold at 7.9% Cap Rate

Slate U.S. Opportunity (No. 3) Realty Trust has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Dill Creek Plaza located in Greer, South Carolina. It was purchased at an approximate 7.9% going-in cap rate, based upon the reported price of $8,300,000 ($114/SF) . The 72,526 square foot property is 100% occupied and is anchored by a BI-LO grocery store.
