appeal approvedThe Lexington County Tax Assessor has mailed the December 31, 2019 revaluation notices to all property owners. From what we have heard many notices reflect the maximum increase allowed of 15%. If you received a reassessment notice for your commercial or high-value residential property, and question its accuracy, reach out to me. I will be happy to review the notice at no charge.

Myrtle Beach Housing Market Performing Well

mbMyrtle Beach home sales don’t seem to have taken a hit from the coronavirus.

The Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors said pending sales were up 45% in the month of June. At the beginning of the pandemic, some realtors said they were preparing for the worst.

“In March, we weren’t exactly sure what was going to happen. We were just kind of thinking this could be the beginning of the end,” said Watermark Real Estate Group’s Radha Herring.

She said realtors didn’t know how the pandemic would impact the industry.
