NAI Avant Arranges ±6,195 SF Office Lease


leased-agreement-with-keysNAI Avant senior broker Macon Lovelace and broker Peyton Bryant recently represented the landlord in a lease transaction at 3700 Forest Drive, otherwise known as the Landmark II building. The tenant, Insurance Management Group, Inc. leased ±6,195 square feet (SF) of office space in the professional office park. The landlord is Edens Landmark Partners ’87.

The Landmark professional office and medical park is comprised of three buildings that total ±225,000 SF of space, located at Forest Drive and Beltline Blvd. The buildings boast flexible floor plan suites to provide a customized professional work environment. The Landmark II building completed extensive renovations to the building lobbies located on the first and second floors. The improvements now include new ADA restrooms, new ceiling tiles, lights, grids, carpet, paint and wall coverings.
