Suburban Office Complex Announced for Greenville

A new 200,000-square-foot office park is slated for the Pelham Road Corridor, located within one mile of the Interstate-85 and Pelham Road interchange, according to Greenville-based real estate development firm Cothran Properties LLC.

The $11 million Class A multitenant project is situated on a 13-acre site and will consist of one 90,000-square-foot building and one 110,000-square-foot building. It will be the only park located in Greenville County in the Pelham Road Corridor. The buildings will have 28-foot clear ceiling heights, a 200-foot truck court, two dock-high loading slabs per bay and early-suppression, fast-response sprinkler systems.

Construction on the development, Logue Park at Pelham, will begin in March and is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2014, said commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates Greenville President Randall Bentley, whose company will handle leasing and marketing for the project.
