NorthMarq Arranges Brandywine Village Refinancing


Todd R. Crouse, senior vice president and senior director of NorthMarq’s Raleigh regional office, arranged refinancing of $2.7 million for Brandywine Village, a 64,400 sq. ft. grocery anchored retail center located at 142 East Saint James Avenue in Goose Creek, South Carolina. Bi-Lo is the major tenant at the site.

Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 10-year amortization schedule. The loan was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its relationship with a correspondent life company lender.

Integra Realty Resources – South Carolina provided the appraisal services.
