Strictly Running Purchases Devine Street Building

After 37 years, Strictly Running will leave its Five Points location and relocate to Devine Street in order to accommodate their expanding business. Colliers International’s J.P. Scurry, CCIM, and Scottie Smith represented Strictly Running in the purchase of 2515 Devine Street. Dale Stigamier, CCIM, of Integrity Real Estate Advisors, provided advisory and development services to Strictly Running. The new 2,775 square foot location will allow Strictly Running’s expanding business to better serve its clients.

“Strictly Running is excited to join the healthy local retailers and the growing number of fitness oriented businesses in the Devine street corridor. Our new location provides opportunity to continue offering quality running shoes and apparel while expanding our services and products to meet the growing needs of our customers,” said Jordan Lybrand, chief operating officer of Strictly Running Brand.
