The building sits on approximately 3.52 acres, and includes approximately one (1) acre of undeveloped land. The interior consists of +/- 9,000 SF of professional office space and +/- 16,000 SF of 100% heated and cooled warehouse space. One grade level door and 1 dock high door. Excellent Condition.

NAI Avant brokers Jeff Hein and Roger Winn represented the seller in the $650,000 transaction. Hein said that the buyers purchased the currently vacant 25,000-square-foot flex building as an investment and intend to either seek a tenant for it, or resell it. The property is located just off Farrow Road in northeast Richland County, between Interstate 77 and Hardscrabble Road.
