Charlotte’s Alexander Place Apartments Sold

The most recent county property records value the site at $11.3 million, however no updated sale information is available.

The Connor Group first entered the N.C. market in 2007 and has since purchased more than $140 million in luxury apartment communities in the Raleigh and Durham areas.

Alexander Place was built in 1985 and renovated in 2008. It is on 37 acres and sits between SouthPark mall and Quail Hollow Club. The Connor Group plans to acquire additional Class-A properties in North Carolina.
