Charlotte’s Quorum Marketplace Sold


Quorum Marketplace, a 43,000-square-foot shopping center located in Charlotte, has traded for $4.55 million, or $104 per square foot. Constructed in 1987 at 7308 E. Independence Blvd., the center was fully leased at the time of the sale. Tenants include Family Dollar, K&W Cafeteria, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Weight Watchers. Vernon Wood of locally based CharCom Properties represented the seller, Vekash Holdings II LLC. Raleigh-based Fountain English LLC represented the buyer, Quorum MP LLC.
