A Greenville real estate investment firm has bought the remaining 29 condominiums at the Carolina Walk development next to the University of South Carolina’s Williams-Brice Stadium.
Serrus Capital Partners plans to flip the units at two-thirds their original asking price of about $300 per square foot, said co-founder Leighton Cubbage. The condos have been listed in the past at $300,000 to $600,000.

Serrus formed in late 2009 with a goal of raising $20 million to acquire discounted real estate. Since then, it has acquired about $25 million in property, Cubbage said. Currently, Serrus owns 150 properties, mostly single- and multifamily residences in the Upstate. The firm also owns one property in Myrtle Beach.
