Charleston County, SC Hotel Occupancy Averages 59% in February

Hotels in Charleston County averaged 59% occupancy in February, down slightly from last year’s 61%.

The average daily room rate countywide was $107.48 in February, down about 5% from last year, according to a monthly report from the College of Charleston’s Office of Tourism Analysis.

Total hotel room nights sold dropped 1.4% countywide compared to last February.
