Interface Carolinas: Commercial Real Estate Conference Coming to Charlotte

InterFace Carolinas – a new and unique commercial real estate conference for the Carolinas – is coming April 29th, 2010. It will be held at The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge, a convenient location for industry professionals traveling from both states.

The networking-oriented, half-day conference will bring together the North and South Carolina commercial real estate community for an exciting and informative event

Topics to be discussed include: what is the state of the leasing markets for office, retail, multifamily and industrial properties; how big is the distressed market in the two states and how is that affecting business; what is the state of development, and who is developing; what’s happening with the finance markets and what’s the availability of financing; how will the changes in the big banks affect business in the Carolinas; what are the up and coming economic drivers in both states; and many more.

Who should attend: anyone involved with office, industrial, retail or multifamily real estate in the Carolinas. Owners, investors and developers; leasing and investment brokers; lenders and financial intermediaries; corporate real estate executives; and attorney, architects and others allied to the field.
I will be one of the speakers at this event. Please join us! You can register here:
