Greenville Developer Signs Letter Of Intent for Columbia’s Bull Street Property

Potential city council action is looming over the effort to sell Columbia’s massive Bull Street property.

The Department of Mental Health has signed a letter of intent with a developer for the entire Bull Street property, and negotiations over a contract would be next, said Gene Green, COO for NAI Avant, which is marketing the property on the agency’s behalf. That developer is Bob Hughes Jr. of Greenville, according to the agency.
