Greenville Traditions, LLC has a site under contract and will soon begin construction on a new and innovative product for the Greenville market – upscale attached homes, in a fully maintained community located in the desirable Verdae development. The Tradition at Verdae offers two- and four-bedroom homes with owner’s suites on the first floor, which can be customized to suit individual tastes. To make the process as rewarding as possible, the company has teamed up with Fowler Interiors to assist
customers with their interior design selections.

Longtime Greenville residents and General Managers Brad Van Meter and Gary Caldwell said the development is modeled after two similar communities located in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky’s famed Bluegrass region.

“Greenville’s been waiting long enough for an active-adult community of this type,” Van Meter said. “It’s unique for this area. The two communities in Lexington continue to be extremely successful in today’s market and economy. This unique product is attracting those who may be seeking to downsize out of their larger homes, yet enjoy all of the amenities of new construction, while retaining the spaciousness for their personal furnishings.”

Conveniently located off Woodruff Road near Salters Road, the 100 attached homes will be built on 30 acres and will have private entrances. Amenities include a clubhouse, exercise center and pool nestled in a park-like setting with walking trails leading to adjacent Verdae neighborhoods, nearby Legacy Park and planned village-style shopping.

“The Tradition at Verdae will be a wonderful blend of the introduction of an innovative product to this market, with a local qualified development and management team, and another price point for residential living in Verdae. We are excited about their commitment to Verdae and what this will mean to our overall development plan.” said Rick Sumerel, Executive Vice President and COO for Verdae Development, Inc.

Included with the purchase of a home in The Tradition at Verdae are five hours of interior design services furnished by the design team of Fowler Interiors. Greenville Traditions is providing the service so that new homeowners can have assistance in making interior selections as they personalize their home.
