Clemson residents will have an opportunity Monday night to provide input on a rezoning and annexation request for Old Central Station — a proposed residential subdivision on Old Central Road featuring 53 single-family detached condominium dwellings.

The public hearing will take place at 6:30 p.m. at Clemson City Hall, prior to the regularly scheduled Clemson City Council meeting.

RJC Land Investments, owned by Danny Gregg, has proposed units in the craftsman style with varying facades, averaging approximately 1,320 square feet. The 53 units on 8.8 acres would bring the density to 5.97 units per acre and the total number of bedrooms to 159. More than 40 of the dwellings would consist of three bedroom units, with the remainder as four-bedroom dwellings.
